Looking within takes courage and strength, as one explores the caverns of the body. This soul journey inward is a yin pathway and a spiritual pursuit. It is sometimes hard and dark when we truly meet our Earthen bodies, and surrender to gravity. And, so, we practice.
I offer weekly embodiment practices, online, in The Altar’d Space. These Deep Earth rituals offer the body levity and the soul a place to express. These classes support the mindful movement and conscious transformation of our Sanctuary Self, the physical homes we are so blessed to be with.

No human can mediate your connection to a higher power, though we can surely work together as powerful partners to heal, grow and create.
I offer a channeled connection to your own healing capacity with Reiki – an ethereal and hands-on technique for relaxation, realization and full-spectrum energy healing.
